Appendix I: Expectations You will be rostered in based on your indicated availability, make sure you are available and present on the agreed times. If you are hindered in any way, please contact the volunteer coordinator. During the performance of your duties, it is not permitted to consume or have consumed alcohol or other narcotic substances. Smoking is not permitted during the performance of your duties. A smoking break may be taken after consultation. Make sure you come well-prepared. Know what is expected of you and who to contact if you have questions. Preparation meetings are organized for this purpose. Communicatie about the event with Media, (municipal) authorities, government organisers and other parties always go through designated persons. If you are asked by one of these parties then referer to the responsible persons.

Appendix II: Code of Conduct PACK offers a safe place for everyone, so we apply the following rules for everyone: I accept and respect everyone and do not discriminate against anyone (on grounds of religion, belief, political affiliation, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation or on any other grounds). Everyone matters within the association. I do not make racist statements. I subscribe to zero-tolerance for sexual harassment, bullying, gossiping, swearing and other improper behaviour. I do not make assumptions or ask inappropriate questions about anyone's sexual orientation, gender identity, personal life or appearance. I abide by the boundaries indicated by the other person. I respect everyone's personal boundaries and space. I set my own boundaries and address the person who crosses my boundaries. I treat (personal) information of others confidentially and always ask permission if I can post personal information or visual material on social media or release it in any other way. I do not use physical and/or verbal violence. I keep a suitable distance and only touch the other person if it is okay for the other person. I do not give the other person unwanted sexual attention or perform unwanted sexual acts. I do not abuse my position of power and/or a dependency relationship in any way. I handle money and goods of the association responsibly and do not use it for my own gain.

This code of conduct is designed to foster a respectful and safe environment for everyone involved, ensuring clarity and understanding in our interactions.
